Hello. My name is Alex. I am a creative, founder and teacher. I am based in London. My pronouns are he/they. I am queer, and I strive for excellence.

I have worked with movement since I was a child. I began my dance training at the age of 6, and expression through body has been a huge part of my identity. 

​

I am an expert in all things movement - I have over 12 years of experience in professional contemporary dance and ballet, choreography, movement and art directing. I am also a founder of the Synchronising technique, and I work as a master teacher in London and internationally. 

​

I have over 8 years of experience in luxury fitness industry, and I'm a master trainer in some of the most exclusive studios in London.

As a creative, I am inspired by high art, romanticism, poetry, philosophy, and emotional experiences. I create work with symbolism, drama, momentum and sophistication.

I have directed work in theatre, film, print and social media. I love to collaborate with other creatives and shape ambitious ideas into reality. 

​

I prioritise work with diverse talent and crew, and I invest my energy in bringing out the best in teams and people.
