Apart from being a dance teacher, I am also Barrecore certified trainer.

I specialise in Barre fitness - a mix of Pilates and Ballet Barre exercises incorporated with isometric muscle contractions.

I have been teaching fitness since 2016. I have previously worked as a Ballet Tone and Power Plates instructor.

My fitness classes deliver a high standard to all levels, improve strength, mobilty and flexibility.

My classes are open to all; a zone of no judgment or discrimination.
